Rising Blue Lightning

The name of my artwork is inspired by a melody of the game Thunder Force V, and I thought to use that name to reflect what is happening in the picture. The background, as always, is very simple and soft (I'm not very good drawing them) but I guess that is correct and gives the expected depth effect. Lightning Dust is a great character, charm given to me a lot like RD, but it is more conceited and cares not for the means necessary to achieve their goals. I hope to appear in another episode in the future I hope you like it!
